De-Composition

I took the picture of a dead squirrel about a year ago. When I took it, I thought "it looks like a 'T'!" I sat on it for a while, but kept it in the back of my mind. My larger plan was to do a whole series of found fonts, eventually yielding an alphabet. That hasn't happend, and, at the rate of a letter a year, probably won't. Despite that, I'm pretty happy with how this turned out. Not so much the squirrel to letter itself, but the whole presentation, with the border and such. Usually I toss my pictures down without it. In fact, when I used to play with the darkroom I'd get off on leaving the edges of the negative in there just to show that the picture was uncropped. I still prefer that, but sometimes it's good to play around.
